Photos taken during your Tasty México food tour are shared exclusively through your private Tasty Passport — a secure link accessible only by guests with the private access code. We do not publish your photos publicly on social media, websites, or any other platform without your explicit consent.
Each tour group receives a unique private link. Photos are stored securely and are only accessible through this private link. If you prefer not to appear in any photo from your tour, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will remove the photos upon request.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your name (as provided when booking), tour date, and booking source. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your contact information is used only to coordinate your tour experience.
The Tasty México Passport uses anonymous analytics to understand which sections of the guide are most useful to guests. This data is collected in aggregate and is never tied to personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
If you choose to leave a review on Google, Airbnb, GetYourGuide, or TripAdvisor, you are subject to those platforms' privacy policies. We do not have access to or control over any data you share with those platforms.
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. We use WhatsApp to answer questions, coordinate tours, and share logistics. We do not use your WhatsApp contact for unsolicited marketing.
Tour photos are retained for a maximum of 6 months after your tour date. After this period, photos are permanently deleted from our servers. If you would like your photos deleted earlier, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
